She's 3 for 4 today! I had a 6 card and an 8 card A&G wrapper but not the 12 card shiny vinyl one.
I haven't seen the 2009 "X" cards in this area yet.
She sent a couple cards also. Tribe cards are always good.
I've got some A&G cards coming from David's box break, but Jhonny P. isn't one of them.
Victor is my first Upper Deck X for this year also.
Thank you very much, this is all greatly appreciated !
And now for the O-Pee-Chee problem.
No, this is not about the new OPC but these.....
Last Friday, right after I got my paycheck, (the timing couldn't have been better,or worse, depending on how you look at it!) I saw a yard sale sign that said "Sportscards". That's kind of like hearing the Pied Piper of Hamelin and I'm one of the children. There wasn't a whole lot that was of interest to me, but I did buy these three boxes at very reasonable price.
1992,1993 and 1993 Premier
Now, I'm just not sure what to do with them.
All three boxes were sealed. Is there anyone building sets of these? I'm only interested in the Tribe cards. I'm open for opinions, ideas and/or trades.
Retro Group Break!! LOL!
ReplyDeleteRetro Group Break was the first thing I thought of.
ReplyDeleteWell, after this: "A yard sale selling UNOPENED BOXES OF CARDS?"
I'd be interested in Barry Larkins that might be hiding underneath all that plastic...
ReplyDeleteDavid, that thought actually came to mind for about 3 seconds, then I asked myself "Who would be interested !?". Of course ,if you want to buy about 15 teams yourself.....
ReplyDeleteMaybe I underestimated! Let me do some calculating on a group break and see if anyone else is interested.
ReplyDeletecount me in for the Bravos! old school opc! love it!
ReplyDeleteI'd be interested in some old school Mets.
ReplyDeleteWell, there seems to be some interest out there! When I get home tonight I'll put some numbers together and put up a new post.
ReplyDeleteI would up for at least the Padres
