2015 TOPPS BASE CARDS COLLATION RESULTS
Ok. here is the final tally for the base cards !
First number is the total cards, second number is
duplicates and third number is unique cards.
I realize this is a very small sampling from one northern Ohio city right on the edge of a frozen lake in the middle of February, so it not necessarily representative of Topps' overall collation. But from the comments, I don't think it is much better in any other areas !
The Mets are on top, good call to The Lost Collector !,
but look at Cincinnati, way down in the middle.
They are in 4th place in unique cards !
I thought St Louis would have a better showing while the World Series teams had almost 50% dupes.
If I was a set collector I'd be pretty bummed out.
394 base cards with 169 duplicates.
In the next couple of days I will be mixing in the inserts,
subsets and parallels to see what kind of difference that makes !

Wow, Arizona & Minnesota in the top three? Yikes... Too bad you only pulled five unique Indians. That's a bummer.
ReplyDeleteHey! I picked Houston at the bottom! Nailed it!
ReplyDeleteSorry Cap ! I noticed that in the comments but totally blew it in the post.
DeleteI do have a bunch of stuff for you soon ! (I hope !)
Ha, I only bought a hanger box and a loose pack, and the Mets had the most cards by far. Glad to see my small sample size held up.
ReplyDeleteThat's my complaint Mark !
